1. FREE SHIPPING

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders to our customers in Singapore. There is no minimum purchase requirement to qualify for free shipping.

2. SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email at support@stafy.shop.

3. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance processes or local postal service delays.

4. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. You can track your "Trash Bin" order directly through our website or the carrier's portal.

5. CURRENCY

All prices and transactions on our site are processed in US Dollars (USD). While shipping is free, please be aware that your local bank may apply currency conversion fees if your primary account is in SGD.

6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

stafy.shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). For Singapore customers, please note the prevailing GST (Goods and Services Tax) regulations for imported goods.

7. DAMAGES

stafy.shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
