By placing an order on stafy.shop, you agree to the billing terms and conditions outlined below. These terms ensure a secure and transparent transaction process for both the customer and the store.

1. PAYMENT METHODS

We currently accept the following secure payment methods through our encrypted checkout system:

2. CURRENCY AND EXCHANGE RATES

  • Singapore Customers: Although we serve the Singapore market, the final checkout amount will be in USD.

3. ORDER AUTHORIZATION & CHARGES

4. BILLING INFORMATION ACCURACY

5. SALES TAX & DUTIES

  • Import Duties (Singapore): Since orders are shipped to Singapore, you may be subject to local Goods and Services Tax (GST) or import duties upon the arrival of your trash bin. These charges are determined by Singapore Customs and are the responsibility of the customer.

6. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

  • All approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during checkout.
  • Refunds are issued in USD. Please note that due to fluctuations in exchange rates, the amount in your local currency (SGD) may vary slightly from the original date of purchase.
